Sally Hicks (BHSc Clinical Myotherapy, BHSc Psychology & Health Promotion, AdvDip Clinical Pilates, RYT Certified Yoga teacher) is the founder of Motion Meditation Myotherapy, Pilates and Yoga.

Sally's yoga journey began in 2000. She has been fortunate & grateful for teachings, guidance and mentoring from many brilliant & wise yogis over these years. In particular, Nicky Knoff, Greg & Tracy Copper, Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor and Clive Sheridan, who have, and continue to, share their wisdom and teachings with her.
Always studying and learning, Sally is a self- proclaimed nerd, and her thirst for knowledge continues to drive her passion in the ever changing, ever evolving field of health, wellbeing and self care.
